Besides sex (obviously), I love sports.
Play volleyball, ice and ball hockey, curling (not much of a workout though). Squash is great too.
I love playing and getting a workout at the same time.0 -

Couldn't tell you. I don't put much faith into calories - two years with a Body Media Fit Armband has shown me that my weight and calories just aren't connected.

zumba or strangely bootcamp type cardio videos, i think it's because you burn a lot with both0
