Lifting, Running, Lap Swim. Sex is good too.. but it has to be longer than 10mins to get that good workout.. IMO0

Well for the non-obvious answer (ahem *sex*) the Arc trainer for serious cardio. Baseball, soccer, basketball with the boy.
