  • I chose to lose 1lb a week and it calculated 1680 cals for me. I was thinking that was far too much. I thought it should be 1,200. I'll have to wait and see!

  • Hello, I'm also new on this journey. I made the commitment to move toward my goal on 2nd December . But only found MFP this evening while browsing. I love the fact that it covers USA and UK.
