Some people will lift or strength train right after they do cardio. I like to run 30 minutes on the treadmill then jump on the weight bench. You can do cardio every day but rest the muscles at least 24 hours.

use to be every 2 weeks. But since i started lifting i cant go by my weight. i have to measure.

i pig out on thanksgiving and xmas. doesnt make a difference on the scale or measurements. everyone should enjoy the 2 holidays where food is king. you can get back at the following day.

yea do it when your daily chores or things to do are done and you feel active. then your full focus can be on the workout.

Do you have most energy in the mornings? it's best to do things the time of day when you are most active and feel great. i do the treadmill around 5pm. any other time and my body just isnt into it.

it's not really more fat and sodium than you need depending on your weekly diet. i eat fast food once a week for dinner usually on Wednesday nights . 3 slices of pizza or a Double Quarter Pounder a week isnt going to do anything. eating fast foods onces per week is still doing better than 90% of Americans who eat out…

1 large slice of papa johns pizza. i usually have 3 at a time, 1200 calories. but still under my daily calorie intake.

no point in counting carbs. keep your calorie intake under maintenance and you'll lose weight. anyone watching their calories will never hit the dangerous carb levels anyways. unless you can find 90% carb foods and eat it all day. i dont even watch my carbs. but when i go back to look at my daily stats the carbs are in…
