Problem getting going on my Elliptical this morning....help!

This morning I had intended to beat my time I was on my Elliptical last night. I was shooting to do 45 minutes on it. The first 10 minutes I was at 25 ramp and 1 resistance just to warm up. I was gradually going quicker on it. Then after 10 min I went to 2 resistance and was going to do one minute between 60rpm - 65rpm then 2 minutes after that do 65rpm+. I could barely get going with the 60 rpm.
I stayed on for 17 minutes but it is like I just couldn't get my legs to cooperate? Anyone have this?
I did have breakfast this morning. I had 2 servings of Frosted mini wheats in milk. So that was about 490 calories and I was drinking my water while on the elliptical.
Any insight is greatly appreciate....

You might need a day of rest. I've noticed a lot of people, including myself, are overdoing it sometimes.0

I had this happen when I was training for 10K. Some days I could run 4.5 miles and feel like I could go longer and then once in a while my body couldn't even spit out a mile. Sometimes it's best to listen to our bodies and let them rest. If you exercised last night and then are hitting it again in the morning, you could just need a break or maybe try something different yoga, strength training, etc. I know sometimes it's hard to exercise the same time of day every day when people get so busy but that might help too.0

There are days when it seems like I can't even put one foot in front of the other. We are human, after all, not machines. Some days are just going to be difficult.0

This is true. I was just trying to workout this morning to get it out of the way for the day. I just had a rest day on Thursday. But maybe all the cleaning i have planned will make up for it!0 -
I have had days like this with my Turbo Jam. One day I burn 260 cals another day 320. Try a little protein. I've started keeping hard boiled eggs ready.0

Cleaning is good, keep moving and add some push-ups, sit-ups, jumping jacks every now and then!0 -
Do you have most energy in the mornings?
it's best to do things the time of day when you are most active and feel great. i do the treadmill around 5pm. any other time and my body just isnt into it.0 -

I guess I never thought about that but mid day seems to be when I have the most energy.....I think? lol0 -
yea do it when your daily chores or things to do are done and you feel active. then your full focus can be on the workout.0
