You've done so wonderfully! An amazing, inspiring success story! GO YOU! congrats!

Are you trying to B.S. people OP? when I run your stats of 5'4" and 112 lbs (assumable - since you say your scale is off) I only come up with a BMI of 19.2. That means you are on the low end of healthy almost underweight. I doubt you have much body fat %. Sounds like you need the protein and a lifting program.

fascinated and will be checking into this.

way too soon to say you aren't losing. your body is adjusting to the changes, weight fluctuates do to TOM for most females. sodium intake and muscles working harder both cause some water retention. and finally don't just look at the scale.

yes, go to: MY HOME then SETTINGS then DIARY SETTINGS then scroll to the bottom of the page and select FRIENDS and then hit the green SAVE CHANGES button.

she IS running against traffic! she is watching this idiot, looking her in the face not the back of her head as she goes by. and to others, I don't think it's the speed of the car that's the problem but this woman is inching closer and closer to the white line, almost like she's trying to frighten the OP. OP, I would…

Do you have a medical condition that requires you to count your sugar intake? You can always just delete it from your menu calculator under your food diary settings. Why let it stress you out by seeing it if you don't need too?

I'm here for a much needed inspirational boost. I was getting tired and lazy. Thanks, you are all beautiful to behold!

I'd rather have a cherry/berry pie to fit into my meal plan! I'm sure I'll get to the office and find at least two dozen of these bad boys waiting for me pass by. My boss and co-workers don't need a reason to show up with donuts on any given day. :-/

I've always had big calves! Even when I was a skinny teenager I had trouble finding any kind of boots to fit. I've always had to buy ankle boots. My daughter and son are the same. My son's calves are amazing to behold (if I do say so myself)! It's our genetic make up to be muscular! The good thing about being muscular was…

that's a very unintelligent comment! people are not cut out of a cookie mold we are not all built alike just like we don't all have blue eyes, etc. your 2 cents aren't even worth that much!

soooo tired of this droning mantra! why don't you just say "liar, liar" and be done with it. YOU aren't in our kitchens, homes, work places, etc. It's become obvious to me the people that post this kind of answer have really no idea of each persons struggle. so if you can't be truly helpful then just stay out of it.

yes, he probably has! many males grow a couple more inches between 17 and 20. http://chartsgraphsdiagrams.com/HealthCharts/growth-2-20-boys.html

BMI figures are way too generic. I think they should be outlawed! Too many other things figure into what the scale says. It's not just a height to weight ratio. We should be able to take into account muscle mass, bone density, etc. It would be much more reasonable to expect a body fat percentage from an employee. Where the…

OP, I could have written your post. I have been scouring the threads for weeks for an answer. Including the ones that accuse people like me of not logging correctly, not weighing my food, etc. None of these accusations are true. :grumble: However what I don't do is eat back enough of my exercise calories. In my mind it…

Your menu isn't open. And I don't have time to scan through all the postings on the thread to see all the comments. What kind of eating plan are you using? If you have gone extremely low fat that could explain hair loss as well as "feeling ugly". The proper fat nutrients (or lack of) can affect mental capacity and thought…

Oh my, the 1st thing I thought of when I read the title were those awful foam rollers my mom used to put in my hair on Saturday nights! LOL I'm soooo old! But seriously, I've heard good things about the foam roller for exercise. I may get one myself.

what the heck! why would you tip the dentist? would you tip your gynecologist too? :noway: actually, I think it is illegal to tip someone in the medical profession.

OP, I'm no expert but I don't think you are eating enough. From my understanding you need to fuel those lifting and burning sessions. Figure out your calories expended and go from there. You are probably eating below your BMR at only 1200 calories per day. Good luck
