Can you allow friends to see your diet journal details?

Hello! Can anyone help me, is there a way to set it up so that one of my friends can see what my daily journal is?

    At the top of the page under settings. You'll see it from there!

    If you're looking for only one of your friends to see it, you'll have to set it up with a "key" and then give the key to that one person only.

    yes, under your diary settings you can have a password for your diary and give it only to your friends that you want to share with.

    yes, go to: MY HOME then SETTINGS then DIARY SETTINGS then scroll to the bottom of the page and select FRIENDS and then hit the green SAVE CHANGES button.

    I have done this but they can't see my protein/carbs/fats - how do I let them see this?

    They should be able to see the five nutrients you are tracking by viewing your diary on the Web version, not on the mobile apps.
