Fairly accurate. I had that test as well as the VO4 which is suppose to be the most accurate and they were pretty much the same results.

Happy Sunday Everyone: I am 246 this Sunday which is a 3 lb wt gain! My doctor changed my blood pressue medication and eliminated my diuretic. I actually had gained a whopping 10 lbs this week! But by Sunday it was down to 246! Hopefully everything is equalizing and will see a weight loss this week.
