agree with those that say log it and move on. you will have days that aren't great. in fact -- I don't even log at least 1 day a week. a cheat day occasionally. don't get down about it. just keep going. some of the foods you select will come in oz...depends what it is...but a good rule of thumb is you aren't "exact" is a cup is about 235 grams... 1/2 cups about 118 grams...

I love Spark too! I replaced dr pepper with spark-- and because the full strength is too sweat for me-- I only use half a scoop keeping it to about 22 calories per use compared to 250 in a 20 oz dr. pepper!
