I don't really have any advice with recipes or anything, but I'd like to say I admire you for noticing that your body is possibly getting too thin! It takes courage to notice something like that :) But um maybe whole wheat pasta? Haha

I tried one of those Special K Thincrisps things or whatever they're called; only 100 cals, but I did notttt feel satisfied so I feel like it was a waste. haha

planning, and staying away from sodas/high sugared fruit juices, etc! I used to drink either a really sugary juice or a glass of pop when I came home from school, not anymore. :) now I put some fruit in a pitcher of water! much healthier, makes me feel awesome about myself to be honest HAHA
