Maybe try to go muscularly toned???? I don't really get that.. I'm 5'5" and have a rater small boning structure. I can't weigh 140 because I will still look overweight. Try toning though. it might give a nice look to your curves if that makes sense.

I think that it may be a good idea. I am Pesketarian so nothing but fish. I plan to switch from not even that but I am on a high protein diet so I need my protein. It is whatever you choose to do. Make sure to take supplements providing that not all things Vegans eat have your daily nutrients.

Starvation mode is real. It occurs at 2-4% body fat for women and 3-5 for men, I do not recommend that because it will make your metabolism slow down and getting back to regular eating will make gaining occur.

Okay, take this from one who was there at one point, I would eat 100-500 calories a day and lost NOTHING. I am 5'4.5" and mine is like 110-120. I was born with a tiny boning structure and its still in the healthy range so its okay.

Phentermine, not good at all, you lose for some time then no results. And when you get off of it between insufficient calories and you're gonna binge like crazy. It also causes heart problems. All it does pretty much is water weight....
