UPDATE~ After my RC surgery, I only did like 2 PT. Doctors and therapist were impressed on my recuperation. The therapist just couldn't believe how well I was. I'm back at the gym doing shoulders and lifting up to 15 lbs . I feel great and no pain. Attached is a recent picture of where I am right now

Well yesterday I ate very healthy and at the end of the day found out that only did 99 grams of Protein out of 175. Maybe I need to plan better

How did you find out how many calories you needed, when you started this journey? I have the feeling that MFP does not provide the accurate calories you need to lose and/or maintain. What do you mean by earlier routine?

UPDATE It's been 60 days after my RC Surgery. Dr. took the sling completely off last week. Dr and PT are impressed on the way that I've healed. Already lifting my arm all the way up. No pain whatsoever. They don't even know how to treat me but they are being very cautious. He said that in 2 more weeks I'm able to start…

So this IF can be done only a few days a week? I'm trying to start, but when I wake up at 4:00 am to get ready for work, I have to have milk in my coffee and there goes away my fasting period. What is the least hour period that you can start with and see results?

My weight fluctuates . I can be 128 one day and next 130. Need to work on that . Like I said : im happy where I am, but would love to go a bit leaner . We will see how it goes . Thank you !
