Friend Requests - Provocative Pictures???
Am I the only one that have been getting friends requests, with profile pictures no quite related to what we are here for? The last couple of days , 3 or 4 with women profile pictures in poses that have nothing to do with this site.

Monster Drinks or Diet Soda

Scale shows low numbers only if clean eating.
I have notice that if I decide to add any processed food to my diet, next day, that scale will show. I am on a 1220 daily calorie, and yesterday decided to add a few whole wheat pita chips, within my daily calories. Jesus, today that scale went up .6 lb. So frustrating :s

Do you consider 1220 calories a day, not enough calories for a 51 years old woman ? I'm already at 134 lbs but find myself sometimes hungry at the end of the day .

Exercising while wearing Fitbit and Polar M400
I have the app for the FitBit and the Polar M400 linked to MyFitnessPal. I use my Fitbit while I'm jogging on the treadmill. When I finish, I see that on the exercise part I have logged the steps that the FitBit records and the exercise that the Polar app records. Is this right or should I use only one?
