CHANGING PROFILE NAME

Good Morning~
I know this question doesn't belong here, but can't see any other place to post it. When I created MFP account a few years ago, I used another username. Then I change it to the actual one. I'm trying to change it again, and is not letting me. Any idea on what to do or does MFP don't allow to change it more than once? :s

    You only get one change, but I hear that if you contact @Alex and ask nicely, she might change it for you.
