I know how you feel, I was doing pretty good before Christmas..but not so great since. I log my food but not as diligently as I used to and I just feel blah...everyday I tell myself its a new day, but somehow I always go over my calories. I will also try walking 10 min at lunch..I only get 30 minutes and often don't take an acutal break just eat at my desk so I can pick up…

Hi We eat dinner around 6:00 and then I have a small snack around 8 or 8:30. I read somewhere not eating after 6 will help greatly with weight loss but i am just starting out and starving by evening..maybe i will be able to cut it out eventually.

hi current weight is 86.5kg which i think is roughly 190lbs and ugw is 150lbs or 69kg
