I totally agree. Right now I have it set to my "bottom" weight and it calculates what I lose so I can keep track of it, and stop it from happening. It works for me, but I totally agree!

I use iso burst. I'm also on their woman's ultra mega vitamin - for active women ETA: get a gold card. It's only ten bucks and saves you almost that on everything you buy.

GNC carries a low carb - low calorie - high protein powder. I like the vanilla and blend 2 scoops of it with a cup of skim milk and a cup of frozen blueberries. watch out for those pickles. You should be tracking sodium content to stop retaining water....:wink: Pickles are rediculous. You're better off eating cucumbers and dip... my goals for this week 1) get better..I'm in so much pain (gallbladder) 2) get back to the gym.

thank you for your answers! :flowerforyou: I have never had any gastro issues with the exception of stress-related reflux/ulcer way back in highschool. These are all things I'll bring up to my doctor. For the meantime I'll stay away from fatty foods (snack foods are my weakness) Thanks for the tips everyone!!

That bugs me. Or the ones that have before/after pictures that are computer generated or obviously not the same person. What bugs me more are mascara commercials. Come on, really. That is false advertizing at it's finest.

The post that i found very offensive was on the first page. Of course i don't think that of anyone here, i was just using it as an example, flipping it around so you could see how offensive it is to be called sick over eating habits.

I pretty much never eat all my calories. When I'm stressed, I'm sick to my stomach. When I'm busy, i forget to eat. When I'm hungry, i eat sensibly. I'm also a vegetarian. I try and get 1200 net a day. Sometimes i get closer to 800. Being stressful and busy with two children can do that to you. I could set my calories…

I just try and include some sort of veggie, meat and carb. Milk is usually the drink, we dont drink pop in my house. Weve recently discovered my 5 year old loves salmon, so weve been eating alot of that, especially because it means I dont have to cook two meals. (vegetarian)

I look more bloated, but actually weigh less. Like 1-2 pounds less, at the start of my cycle. I do know that feeling about food. Its the only time I find the need to eat chocolate.

I use Niva skin firming lotion as well as their toning gel. I see results but I have also worked hard so who knows if it would have happened regardless. I would think any cream with vitamin E (like a bio oil) would have the same effect!

I love my workout stuff, but I shop a Lululemon and OneTooth, so $$. I used to buy other stuff, but honestly I'm not going back. It fits and moves with you so well!

I love the treadmill, but my favorite would have to be my own two feet at the indoor jogging track. I can't do elipticals either, I have bad hips and can't walk for weeks after using one of them.
