I plan ahead, If I know I am going out to dinner, I look and see how many calories I will be using for dinner and plan (budget calories) my other meals accordingly

Are you adding your running in the excersice catagory? You may need additional calories so you don't loose muscle, and your body may be letting you know with hunger pains. If you add your running it will tell you to add some calories to your diet. I would choose some healthy protiens like raw almonds and an apple, or even…

I just cut my bananna in half and eat the other half the next day, us it stays fresh that way, I do the same with an apple except I wrap in in plastic wrap and stick it in the fridge. You could also freez the rest of your bananna and make a yogurt smoothy with it and some frozen pineapple yum!

Try eating something every three hours, it will keep up your energy level and help you to loose weight as your body will realize that you are not starving it any more.

Legal age in WA state is 11. I know from experience as a Mom that my oldest was not mature enough at that age, but her little sister was at age 8 so I think it is a judgement call the parents have to make. No neighborhood is safe enough in my opinion in the messed up world we live in.

NO! don't eat if your not hungry. I always try to do some kine of excercise and log it in, then always try to avoid eating those extra that it gives me. there have been days that I am glad that it was there because I used some of them, I just try and not make a habit of it. When in doubt, use your best judgement.

I am not an expert on this subject, but I have been told that there are some anti depresants that actually help you to loose weight. I would mention your concerns to your doctor, and see if the ones you will be taking cause weight gain.
