Thanks to everyone for the adds and those who out feel free to add I think I got everyone always nice to have motivated friends with similar weights height etc :)

You can make cookies with just oats and bananas they yummy too works out 40kcal a cookie or 50 with choc chips :) just have to mash the banana add the oats and choc chips (or whatever else you want) make into cookie shapes and bake 180 for 10-15 mins :)

Yeah this is true I think my body tricks me into being hungry then from being down I eat I must admit last nigjt wasmt too bad endedup snacking on just too few many cereal bars but theres worse things to snack on goimg to gym today to work them off though :) thanks for the support :D

Im due to do the dreaded week 5 day 3 tomorrow so nervous I struggled with the day 2 but I pushed through so gonna slow down amd take it slow it really gets my heart racing and face beetroot (not a pretty look) but always feel proud once iv done a run as just runnimg for train before would kill me lol

Thanks to everyone who has commented at least i no irs normal not to battle 2 addictions at once im goimg to be careful with whay I eat but not feel guilty if it doesnt go to plan quitting smoking is more my goal then loosimg weight in the end will make loosing weight easier as ill be able to exercise more :D

It depends did the heavy chest come on whilst the weight was? I have been the same cup size for 4 years but my back amd dress size have increased and decreased 2 sizes in that time :S I wont be loosing mine unless there is no where left to take anythimg else lol

Well im really happy then seems that i am working hard during my work outs (i no a bit of it is down to unfitness) but i am working hard and obvs its paying off with just dance this morning managed to do 600+ and thats in 70 mins of dance :) Thats what confuses me everyone says that MFP over exagerates the calories burnt…

I went to nyc when i was 16 and was heartbrokem when abercrombie and fitch didnt fit thats my goal too, be able to wear a mediu, in their range lol im a medium in Hollister but they have a bit more too them we can both deffo do it :D

Im doimg the c25k and iv been doimg it outside and im sorry to say its so much harder outside then what it is on the treadmill someome said to me if you run 4 miles on treadmill its only 2 outside so you may need to brace yourself :S Good luck though :)
