No scales

I have gone away to Texas for 3 months and there arent scales around and i just want to know how iv done with weight i think iv lost some adn everyone else keeps saying i have but i dont no till im on the scales for sure... just frustrated LOL

    Yeah but we have paid a fortune to come here none of us have got money just to throw about on scales LOL

    Go to the store, and weigh yourself...without buying the scale :) hahahaha.

    I'm the same. I've traveled from Ireland to New York for the summer and not gonna waste money on buying a scale. I'm just gonna work on my nutrition and overall fitness without it and just take measurements and take pictures to track my progress. I've been here a month already and people are saying I look great and seem to have more energy so I must be doing something right.

    It's probably a healthier way of going about it anyways.
