I have been on this site for ages and it worked well for me but spent the summer away and didn't have time to update so I'm back again looking for new friends need to loose about 2 stone and think it's going to take a while but it's a long road not quick fix :)

Does eating at TDEE number work?
Okay so 1200 isnt enough cause im always starving but my tdee says I should eat about 1700 is that a normal amount to be eatimg and still loose weight? I dont know what im doing when it comes to how much I should be eatimg however im tired of feeling hungry all the time lol :)

I am doimg the c25k run and im on week 3 and actually doing okay with it getting better and better howevee im worried about my heart rate due to my maximum beimg 200 nut whilst im out jogging it goes upto 195ish but I dont feel out of breath I dont no whether I should ignore my heart rate and go for it or what??
