Need help with exercise ideas

Okay so im not lazy in the sense that i will make the effort to go to the gym and try but i need help with different things as i get bored so easily and i always have the intention with going and really trying to burn some serious calories but come out burning about 500 with some strength added in :( just need some ideas to keep me going!! lol

Any help welcome and any adds for friends too :D

    Burning 500 a day in exercise is not nothing! You don't need to spend hours at the gym.i average daily from anywhere 350-600 for about 50 minutes a day.
