  • I was in boot camp for a couple months and I did not see any results so I got out. You need to do what you want to do that will keep you motived. I was 320 when I stared and some days I really work hard on my motivation I am not going to let anything get the better of me until I am at my goal. Keep up the good work
  • When you are down try to think of your happiness events and focus on them you will forget mostly the thing that were bugging you.. Most of us have weight that needs to come and every one needs motiving. So don't give up on yourself the rewards are ten fold. Also all your friends are there to help you. Good Luck!!!!!

  • One of the main things we all need to do is set the goal we want to focus on but we all need to know is to set realistic goal that are achievable. Start slow and add as you progress. Also keep a positive attitude and you will meet your goals.
