Wean yourself down to just milk.

I use the food scale for calorie dense foods like peanut butter, cheese, meat, bread etc. Last night making my salad, I eyeballed a cup of cabbage. If I'm off with cabbage, meh, don't care.

I want to be able to comfortably zip up my winter coats. They are all too tight but so expensive to buy in a bigger size. I'm hoping that by end of January, they are comfortable again.

I like weighing everyday. I know it fluctuates. I like predicting what it will be based on what I ate the day before, whether it was salty, whether I exercised, whether I pooped. But the fluctuations don't bother me. I can see how it may mess with someone else's head.

My dog. He never lets me miss my daily walks.

Good for you for knowing what works for you. I was also successful on WW and can't seem to replicate that success on MFP. Best of luck to you.

I'm on day 2 as well. I was so proud of myself for making it through yesterday. I want that proud feeling again today.

Never heard that before. I'd like to know too. I drink it often. Lately I'm loving homemade iced rooibus tea. It's also calorie-free and very tasty.

I like doing the same routine over and over. I get a better work out when I'm familiar with the moves. I don't seem to get such a good work out the first time I try new exercises because I'm focusing more on learning correct form. Once I've figured out the form, I get really get down to working my muscles and cardio. That…

No. I don't love exercise so I aim for 3 days and I'm super proud if I manage 4. If I tried to exercise 7 days a week, I'd get frustrated and give up entirely. And my knees would start to bother me if I exercised 7 days a week. I can commit to 3 days a week for the rest of my life, but I honestly can't commit to more.

I log fruit because I like to ensure I'm getting enough fruit and veg everyday.

Trial and error? Eat 1700 a day for a few weeks and see if you lose. I'm a 153 pound female and I lose at 1700, slow but it's a lose and I'm not hungry. I try to have one or two days a week where I'm at 1500 and life happens so occasionally I have a 2000 day. I exercise 3X per week.

The way that I handle restaurants is to eat out very infrequently but get whatever I want when I do. We eat out maybe once every month or two but when we do, I don't think about calories much. Someone that eats at a restaurant more frequently would have to look at the menu and nutritional info online beforehand to make…

"You don't drown because you fell in the water, you drown because you don't climb back out." Track it and move on.

I take it only once a week and I take a stool softener with it. I'm awaiting the results of my latest blood tests to see if I should up it to twice a week. I could never take it daily.

I take a multi vitamin in the winter when most of my produce is shipped half way around the world before it gets to my plate. In the summer when I'm eating mostly local, I don't take it.
