I miscalculated when changing from stones to pounds so consequently I now have 43lbs to lose. My starting weight is 178lbs. Although I started late I still hope to lose a pound this week.

Hi, new to the group, I’m Lori from the U.K. I have already had one win this year as my starting weight is lower than last. It’s not been by much but for far too many years I’ve started each year higher than the last and consequently I now have 42lbs to lose. My starting weight is 177lbs and I’d like to be closer to 135.…

H2596 Sunday PW: 175 CW: 174 LTD: 1 lb Stayed the same again this week but I’m pleased about that as I’ve not been walking much or making good choices!

@jennifersusanmcdougall My H2596 was a randomly generated user name on a long forgotten website after I’d tried half a dozen only to get “sorry that user name is already taken”. I gave up and just let the site assign me one! I quite like the thought of a crystal clear ocean.

@Jax_Grim I hope everyone is well in your household. I work in health and know all too well how serious the virus can be for some people and you just don’t know who it will affect or how badly until they’ve got it. A friend’s elderly father who was expected to pass recovered after many weeks in ITU, Too many colleagues to…

I work in health care and a significant number of colleagues have had it, some requiring admission to hospital and one requiring ventilation. A friend’s elderly father spent a month in Intensive Care on ventilation but eventually recovered. I’ve tested negative for antibodies as part of routine screening but a few friends…

H2596 8/7 8,187 steps It’s definitely not hot here in the U.K. today! Raining a lot and I’ve even popped a hot water bottle behind my back. I don’t know how people bear it so hot in the morning and know it’s only going to get hotter. 😱

@ShredWeek1 Ideally nutrition is best but some days it just doesn’t work out that way. Well done if you hit your calories and weren’t starving, I’d take that as a win. I couldn’t bear that heat! H2596 30/6. 9469 steps

Hi everyone, new to the team. H2596 Sunday PW: CW: 175 LTD: My usual walk to work and back has taken a knock since lockdown and I’ve been trying to ramp it back up. @jessicakrall8 I’d love to hit the magic 10,000 steps for every day in July.
-
@jessicakrall8 Please sign me up for the steps. My aim is for 10,000 steps every day and to lose half a stone in July. I have a further 3 to lose after that so hoping to stick with you guys to reach goal. I work in admin and since lockdown have been working from home which has added a stone (too near the fridge and too…

Hi everyone Looking forward to joining you. I have joined the group in the past so am a little familiar with the set up. I’m In the U.K. I’m pleased to see the step count challenge as that’s my main exercise and I really do need to up my walking. Lockdown led to a reduction as I’ve been working from home.
