i completed all of it,after day 5 it got easier,untill level 2.but after ive finished my knees were hurting.ive started again,but have a 2 day break,for recovery.but i also do another work out.goodluck:smile:

ive upped my calories as i havent been losing,so were see if i lose any now!

i was having the same problem.but i mix my exercise up now.i.e. running out side,yoga,weights etc.and this helped me start shifting.

i just think its one of those things every women go through.i just dont weigh my self during this time.
