AGREE!!! Exercise has helped with my time of the month tremendously! It is definitely worth pushing through a work out during that time. And I also am notorious for taking the menstrual meds if that is what you want to call them, pamprin, etc. I HATE feeling bloated!

I made these last night, however I made them with the dream whip instead of cool whip. Just make the dream whip according to the package and then mix in your peanut butter. Taste AMAZING!! And they are only about 45 cals instead of 55.

I always do really good during the week while I am at work as well!! Come the weekend I am a little more lax, and if I find that I am not busy or running errands that is when I really cheat! Good luck with your Journey!
