    very please with a half pound lost...especially considering I haven't been as faithful to my workouts and the last week was that favorite time of the month for me! Hopefully I can maintain this and loose a couple more pounds! Good Luck to everyone else!!

    Not doing good so far but I guess it was to be expected with a recent break up and mid terms. I ate junk food and watched TV all weekend at my sister's and ended up with a gain (not surprisingly)

    So sad that I can't seem to lose weight--yet. I know I will. I already feel a lot fitter working out 6 days a week and look better. But now I really need to not let myself stray from the healthy diet. This past weekend I was back to my old bad habits, late night snacking. Yikes. Today is a new day!:smooched:

    Thanks :smile: After I plateaued last week, my trainer made me kick it into high gear. I also had a sample bottle of Oxy Elite Pro so I'm sure that helped

    With what has happened this month, I should just pull out of the challenge. I'm going backwards! I was so busy during the funeral week that I only had time to eat whatever was put in front of me ( which was fattening and more fattening)! And there was only one day that I had the opportunity to exercise. I don't think I will make my goal this month. But I am staying in the challenge to help me jump back on the horse and get back to my starting weight and then get down a little more than that by the 31st.

    Yay I'm off the plateau... but not in a good way!!! Weight seems to be going on. But It's TOM and I've joined a gym so it's going to go the other way. I know I should be leading by example right now but I'm finding it a little hard. I'm having a major wobble that has been going on for a month.

    You are not wobbling no more than I have been.......:-) Wobbling is part of the process. and you are not even up a whole pound and you are down for the month. Keep up the good work!
