I drink 12-14 glasses a day. It is definitley possible. I remember a couple of years ago when I started drinking it I wanted to throw up. But I got use to it and now its fine. I usually get 2 bottled waters down in the morning during workouts. I try to sip every 5 minutes or so. At work when someone would take a drink of…

Right now I have 21 pounds left to lose. After that I may change my goal weight to losing 10 more pounds.

I do the elliptical 5 to 6 days a week for 65 minutes. Once I lose a little bit more I will add strength training to it. I am losing 1 to 2 pounds a week doing this.

No one laugh at me but I have heard a million people on here talking about 30 Day Shred. Are yall talking about the Jillian MIchaels dvd 30 Day Shred? I know I need to start lifting weights soon. I have been doing straight cardio. Thanks!!

So if you are still trying to lose, should you eat back your calories? I try not to but I have gotten into them at times.

I drink only water and at lunch I have a Crystal Light Raspberry Lemonade (5cal). But I only take a few sips out of the bottle. So that one pack of Crystal Light lasts about a week.

Thanks a bunch!! Using myfitnesspal has totally helped me eat less and I have lost a little over a pound every week since I have started. I guess I am paying to close attention to the lose weight commercials when I work out!!
