I have nothing constructive to add but I do object to others with tongue in cheek replies. Sometimes it's difficult to see the obvious!

None of us should ever feel guilt, remorse, etc. over 1 day's indescretions. If you're on the program & are doing well (as it appears you are), 1 day will not undo all the good you've done for yourself. Don't kick yourself when you're down. Tomorrow is a new day & you'll be back doing well in the a.m.:smile:

I remember the 60's......also the 50's where I got my first taste of rock 'n roll. Anyone else remember "Soldier Boy"? I've been on MFP for only 5 weeks & I'm really trying but find it extremely difficult to stick to 1200 calories. I manage exercise on some days but not enough.
