Yes. I have been check for diabetes. I am seeing my dr next week. No changes in men's. I haven't been active on here lately but I will start.

I can walk around my yard. I live on a big hill in the country next to a main road. I am so out of shape I can barely walk up and down the hill. I understand the vegetable thing but I honestly don't care too much for them. Ienjoy bananas, apples, strawberries. But as far as veggies I like corn and potatoes.

Thanks everyone for your input. Yes i do love to cook and try to cook more than I eat out. I used to be a major bored eater. I've noticed lately I'm snaking much less and eating usually only 3 means and one snack. I went from drinking regular pop, to diet poo and have for probably a year now. I want to give up soda all…
