You should eat breakfast to kick start your metabolism. Eggs and some meat will stop you from getting hungry so soon.

You don't need to cut out all carbs just the starchy ones like bread, potatoes, pasta ect. It is the starch that turns to sugar. I eat plenty of fruit and veggies.
