Thank you for writing me your personal experience with Primal/Paleo lifestyle and your exercise regimen. I have about 170 pounds to lose and I just want to make sure I am doing it correctly. I don't want to go over board and stress my body out like others have. I guess I will only know when I try it. Thank you again. :]

Yeah, I'm doing it for the second round, but this time I'm adding the cardio DVD everyday. :] And I'm not weighing myself until after the 90 days.

I'm really excited for this!! The DVDs are the same for men and women. I want to let everyone know it's not just for men. :) You wont bulk up with these workouts. Only if you eat a lot of calories.

Thank you so much! I loved the program as well. I miss it lol but I know if I do it back to back my body will get use to it. I'll eventually do it again in a couple of months. But I'll do cardio along with every dvd. :D

I saw that as well!! I noticed on Amazon it doesn't come with a resistance band. Which you can pick up at wal mart or any local sports store. I didn't want to wait another month to get it, and I searched everywhere for it cheaper. I thought of craigslist, but then you would have to worry about scratches on the DVDS. Good…
