Thanks I wasn't lifting so I don't think I tore anything, I just have very tight muscles and need to be stretching more and drinking more water. I have had more than one doctor and and a couple of massage therapist tell me I need more massages and more stretching. Just sucks because a week later and I am still hurting…

Happily together for 25 years in September and married for 22 years in September. We just watched the movie touchback last night. We were both in tears when it was over because neither one of us could imagine this ride without each other and our kids. Thanks to whoever started this...I am all about positive thinking.

I would keep tracking 1. it's easy and doesn't take much time and 2. I would have never thought I ate as much as I do with out tracking.

My favorite is Tae Bo his 10 min workouts, there are 8 of them and you can pick and choose what you want to do and for how long.

If you are in a major deficit everyday you are NOT going to lose weight. Jumble your schedule every three days. I ate an extra 250 calories yesterday and will be at 1000 or so for the next two days and then I will add again. Only thing that is keeping me losing. Slow but steady :-)

I have started the 5/2 method and I choose to do 24 hours that ends at 7pm tonight with eating 25% of my calories tonight and then eating my 1200 calories tomorrow with another fast from sat whenever I don't eat until sun at that time.
