Well im still a work in progress but started out 5'9'' and 257 lbs (20 weeks ago)and today i am still 5´9´´ but at 209 lbs. and i have a goal of around 170. and i am GOING TO be at 185-190 by end of june ;) I started in size 16 and today im in size 10-12 =)

I am not a heavy drinker but i like to drink couple of drinks with my friends sometimes, and on the day i drink i go to the gym and work crazy hard, and then i´ve already buy my food for the next day so i dont have to make poor choices about my meals.

im almost half way there, i got 18 kg left to my ultimate goal, but i think i wil be "happy" after 10 more kg =)

It could be helpful taking our own healthy snack with you. Then you allways have something to grap to when they offer you junk.

starting bmi was 37,8 12 weeks later its 32,2 Cant wait ti get under 30 "only" about 15 lbs til then =)

i´m 5 9¨ and starting weight was 256 lbs and i am down to 220 lbs(in 12 weeks), my first goal wight is 190 and then maybe im happy about it and maybe not i will just see =)

go out for a walk or to the gym, go visit some friends, just something that will get your mind of eating. or go to the food diary and put it in what you think you could eat and see how many cal it is maybe that will stop you.

I love that my scale had lower number on it today then i have seen since 2007,and i love that im beginning to think that i can be hot/thin/healthy before summer =)
