I would personally try to stay away from soy since it has a lot of estrogen it in which can inhibit weight loss. Almond milk might be a better option.

Mine are 16". I've heard that lack of sleep affects cortisol and sugar levels along with other hormones and if your sleep is bad it can make you store more fat in your calves.

Height? 5'4" Starting weight? 261 lbs (initially - 1st time around) Current weight? 207 lbs Goal Weight? 150 Age? 32 How many calories you eat a day? I don't count calories. I'm currently working with a trainer who doesn't believe in counting calories, but just eating clean.

I'd love to add you. At my biggest I was 261 pounds. I lost 113 pounds of that right before I got married and then I had 2 children, the youngest being 6 months old. I am currently sitting at 207 pounds and am aiming to get back down to my wedding weight. I've set my goal ticker to show my first goal to reach 180 pounds.
