No, we're all enjoying watching the text box's contractions. Ah, the miracle of forum life.

Monay through friday I dance very early in the morning so I have to keep my weekday breakfast light. Usually I have a slice of watermelon, fresh blackberries, and fresh strawberries with a few almonds.

On weekends I love to make an egg wrap in a whole wheat tortilla, wth yogurt and frozen fruit!
  • I either do meat and nuts or steel cut oats with blueberries.

I have the same thing almost every day. A little boring maybe, but it is really tasty and pretty healthly. I have greek yogurt with berries and granola and two boiled eggs. I boil a dozen eggs on Sunday evenings and eat them for breakfast all week. I usually go out for breakfast one day/week so I only need six days worth of boiled eggs.
  • I swear by porridge. No need for milk, after having it with water a few times I grew to prefer it and per 40g portion it is 140kcal instead of 270kcal. It's so filling and just use a teaspoon of light hot chocolate powder which makes the whole bowl taste like melted chocolate for only 20 kcal. Reduced sugar jam is also a good shout.

Apple Pie Oatmeal - Steel cut oats, 1/2 shredded granny smith apple, splash real (local) apple maple syrup - so yummy, cinnamon, slivered almonds
  • I am running low on groceries (which means a trip to the store in the near future, boo) so I ate a bagel with cream cheese. Simple.

1/2 cup Plain quaker quick oats, 1/2 cup milk, handful of raspberries, tablespoon of nutella. DIVINE.
  • I eat a veggie burger on a skinny whole wheat bun for breakfast. I know it's a bit odd but I need a lot of protein to keep my blood sugar level even. You could make it a veggie sausage sandwich to make it more like breakfast.

I usually go for high fiber cereal with fat free skim milk with fruit.. high fiber oatmeal with fruit.. fruit and yogurt.. egg whites (omelets, scrambled) with 2 slices of bacon and fruit.. or if I want something a little sweeter :) low-fat whole grain waffles or I'll make 2 pieces of french toast for 213 cal's with fruit. I usually keep my breakfast items in the 200's.

I'm not very hungry in the morning so I have 2 soft-boiled eggs with a cup of instant coffee. Then 2hrs later I'll usually have a soymilk/banana/tofu smoothie or an apple with a Ficello cheesestick.

I usually eat a couple of fried eggs, wrapped in a tortilla with cheese. 445 calories.
  • That is an awesome idea for breakfast quinoa, almond milk, banana and frozen fruit...because i was tired of oatmeal and egg whites lol...Thanks for the idea...

It varies, and can include the following:

Oatmeal with blueberries or raspberries, Stevia, and Almond milk.

Cheerios with blueberries, Stevia, and almond milk.

Carb Master or Yoplait fat-free yogurt mixed with 1% cottage cheese and a side of fruit.

    Omelets with veggies.

And as a once in a while treat (because I believe in treats), whole wheat waffles with regular butter and syrup. (just have to budget meals better later in the day)
