What @niblue said... Enjoy the ride, make some new friends, you might surprise yourself how far you can go with all the comradarie and support along the route. Then prepare better next time for your first century even if can't achieve it this time. Always a good idea to bring a gilet or light windbreaker for changeable…

On my bike for 3.5 hr today, will do another long one tomorrow as I'm preparing for a 2 day cycling event early Nov (100km + 200km in a mountain). Totally so excited about this already :D

Finally a day a the gym after 2 days of cycling! The weather looks a bit unstable for tomorrow so maybe gym again. I enjoy lifting, it makes me feel good about myself but needs to balance with the 2 wheels as well lol
