What a read! Have to admit I never thought of matching the valve caps :D I should be able to pick up the bike tomorrow if the weather cooperate - still can't decide on whether matt black or shiny-ish black bottle cages...

Finally decided on this... The problem of switching to another colour scheme is I need to buy new stem, bar, bottle cages etc etc :|

Finally got myself back to the routine and on the saddle - needed some time to adjust to the cold weather haha. Rode yesterday and today, looks like it'll be warmish tomorrow so plan to go outdoor again and weights on Thursday!

I'm still around my dear fellow cool kids! Having a light week just 2x leisure rides and 1x gym. What a relief after completing a 200km in each of the last 2 weekends. It feels really good and proud of myself knowing I am capable of banging out the distance just like that. Jeez hard work does pay off. Will do a…

Thanks for reminding about the chamois butter! I did forget about it once and had to go home to get it (though I had to ride 7 miles back, the day was going to be long so I had to have it lol) I didn't check the profile this year (too lazy :# ) - the guys normally keep the route quite humane for this annual ride, hoping…

Back to the gym today - have been really sore from the long ride on Sunday but once I got going with my lifting routine I felt so much better. Will keep things light for a few more days as I got another long one (230km/143miles) on Saturday, if I can finish it will be my longest distance, will see :# Keep moving everyone…

Hi there - I'd suggest to take a look at Polar hr sensor strap or Sunnto smart sensor, both transmit via bluetooth. And as you researched already, it requires Bluetooth 4.0 to sync so iPhone 4S or above, if yours is the "right" phone, can't go wrong with either imho and good enough for what you described how you want to…
-
I am confused... You are looking for a hr sensor strap or a hrm bundle?
-
Oh thanks so much! I almost forgot if you don't mention about the climbing challenge :# Good luck the rest of the month and keep us posted on your awesome rides \ (•◡•) /
