Welcome, I am back after a few months. I need to track my food. Keeps me honest & I see what I am eating. And what I didn’t realize how much of certain foods I was eating.

I am back on MFP, I just turned 51 last minute month. I have set a goal for myself for this year, I will be kind to myself & my body. I actually tried to start it last year, but I went back to normal of taking care of others first. Glad to have stumbled across this group.

I am looking myself for a shake, I can’t afford the MLM shakes. A friend suggested I try Vega one, no dairy which is a huge plus for me. Wish it came in sample packs, just to try it before I buy a large container.

I am in a SBD support group on FB. Another member had posted that Nutrisystems had bought the web site. I have statted back at Phase 1 & I am glad that I did. I just had to find what works best for me.

I've been using MFP, for a few years. Didn't stick with it before, but this time around I am hanging in & doing what I can to reach my goals. Just feeling a bit more empowered lately with just making better health choices for myself.

We started the SBD, but not having fruit is my downfall. So I am going to try it yet again, I lose a few pounds then I tend to get stuck. Esp when watermelon comes in season. I have a friend who is a nutritionists & trainer, she said to tweak it a bit fot SBD to be healthier. Thanks for all of the input.
