So I just discovered this awesome product and thought Yay an alternative to my cheese obsession....but it's a processed cheese product so how is it better than yummy fatty cheese other than calories?

For portion control and a healthy snack, I love babybell and laughing cow.
String cheese is another good portable snack, just not as tasty.

Calories is what CICO is all about. Regular yummy fatty cheese loads up the calories FAST. 1 ounce is about 2 bites, and you can rarely stop at that.

Yummy. But not low in sodium if you need to watch that.

I mash it into a big bowl of steamed plain veggies, usually broccoli. Yum!!!

I buy the Aldi version of it ($1.29 a package!), and love those little triangles :) Tonight I spread one on garlic and herb crackers and it tasted great!

One of the light Swiss ones on some rye crisp breads is a fab snack about 100 cals.

    1) It's lower fat than alternatives
    2) It comes in a pre-portioned amount which is small

I love it spread on an english muffin and topped with grilled asparagus and a poached egg.

    This sounds sooooo good.

I like it on Triscuits topped with either sliced banana peppers or iced jalapenos.

I misread the title. I thought it said "Laughing Cow Disease". I was starting to get concerned that BSE (Bovine spongiform encephalopathy) had become endemic again.

I'll go back to my box now.

All cheese is processed.. that's how it becomes cheese.

This. Laughing Cow is not more processed than any other cheese. It just comes in a smaller more portion controlled package.

My store just started carrying the white cheddar flavor. Love it! It's great when I want something with a rich taste but without all the calories.

The asiago flavor is my favorite! I like using it as a replacement for cream cheese for dipping pretzels. : )
