If you eat low fat cottage cheese before bed the casein will slowly digest and keep your metabolism up. I trick I heard from a body builder.

Hands down Luna Protein bars. I like the cookie dough. I have celiac disease and they are gluten free also. I grocery shop at Price Chopper and they are 10 for 10! can't beat that.

I would say eat the grapefruit first. I learned to always have fruit on an empty stomach. Always eat the fruit before the bread as it will pass through the stomach into the intestines. If you eat the bread first it result in the fruit turning acidic after our bodies has changed it to alkaline no matter what the fruit.…

I did hot Yoga, drank only water and tea after doing a colon cleanse from GNC, ate a ton of fruits and vegetables and ate 6 times a day.

I DO HOT BIKRAM YOGA IN 105 DEGREE HEAT FOR 90 MINUTES THREE TIMES A WEEK. THE MOST IMPORTANT PART IS TO STAY HYDRATED. THE BEST AFTER WORKOUT DRINK IS COCONUT WATER. THERE ARE DIFFERENT FLAVORS. ITS BETTER FOR YOU THAN GATORADE. MY FAVORITE IS VITA COCO PINEAPPLE.

I love the crock-pot. For football weekends the easiest is a pork roast with onions and cooked in a cup or so of root beer. After four hours on high use forks and pull it apart. I then add Stubb's Barbecue Sauce. Serve pulled pork on nice rolls with coleslaw. This is always a crowd pleaser. :)
