Multivitamin

My friend and I were disagreeing when the best time to take a multivitamin is. I said at night and he said morning with breakfast. Any input?

    Im not sure it matters as long as you take it with food like a snack or maybe a glass of milk because it helps absorb the good stuff :)

    I recommend a multi-vitamin by Herbalife that you take 3 times a day! One with each meal, then you are getting a "time-released" effect and your body is getting what it needs throughout the day instead of this huge influx of vitamins at one time.

    I also take mine in the morning straight after I have eaten breakfast.

    I take mine at night. Like when i had prenatals they made me sick sometimes so i took it and went to bed. I do the same now
