I have nerve damage in my foot. I was told by to stay off it for 6-8 months. What exercises can I do without using feet?

Do you have access to a pool, or would that use your feet too much? A rowing machine - maybe you could just put the weight on the one foot?0

I had a sprained ankle this summer and did weights, arm exercises, and LOTS of swimming laps! Sorry about your injury.0

Shadow Boxing.... you can stay off your feet and sit down to do it and it can still produce a great workout if you are really pushing hard!0
