Yep, that's me! Had them since the age of 12 yrs and can eat any amount of crappy food that I can get my hands on :bigsmile:

I think that you would still need to eat the exercise calories otherwise it would take you below the 1500 goal.

Hi I'm no expert and I don't know correct terms but BMR is what you need to stay alive and the figure that you are thinking of is BMR plus what you burn in day to day life this is what you reduce to create a deficit. The BMR is already lower than what you burn. I hope that makes sense :-)

Hi I'm 45 in a couple of weeks time. I am very unfit and started exercising at the beginning of Jan and counting calories, 1200 per day. I went on a body analysis machine at the gym and although my BMI is normal my overall fat is 36% and my muscle is below normal. So my aim is to drop some fat and build muscle. I can't say…
