  • If you are feeling hungry, you have 2 best friends that are cheap, and great for you. Best friend #1 WATER A lot of times, your brain interprets thirst as hunger. With every meal, and even in between if you feel hungry, down a huge glass of water. I keep a cup handy that is 24 oz and drink it with every meal/snack no…
  • Welcome to MPF! When you get almonds, get RAW almonds. You can usually have a small handful for only 60-70 calories. Also, if you get hungry, get a HUGE salad. A couple cups of lettuce/spinach, fresh carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, tomato. Any fresh veggies really. Also, look for salad spritzers for the dressing. They are…
  • Keurig - Donut Shop's Coconut Mocha with sugar free caramel sweetener.
  • Public. I personally like looking at my friends for food ideas. Also, I have discovered a ton of new foods I either didn't know was lower calorie, or know of in general. If I can do the same thing for someone else, even better. I completely understand why someone would want it to be private, but the way I see it for…
  • Squirrel tears. Way to high calorie.
  • If you aren't loosing weight while staying at a deficit, in most cases, the solution is a week or so of eating more calories. Set your profile to a half pound higher than your current loss goals, and eat at those calories for a week, see if it jumpstarts the loosing again. Also, I know it may spark some negative comments,…
  • Sounds like you are cutting a lot of carbs out of the diet. I know for a fact, the second you come off the low carb train, you put it all back on. Maybe I didn't read it correctly, but like most people have said, I would rather just stay under my macro's and watch my calories and ENJOY what I eat. Best of luck to ya!
  • ^^^ Thats my mom
  • Yeah If only I weren't already spoken for
  • Already taken, sorry :P
  • Act 2 Light popcorn with white cheddar flavoring sprinkled on top. (2 calories per 1/4 teaspoon for huge flavor)
  • I honestly can say my ability to cook is 99% of why my relationship with my wife is so great. :) But seriously, I have cooked my whole life, *most of it pretty good I have been told* and its not something to be ashamed of, but embraced. You know how much better life is knowing how to season food? To be able to make this…
  • I have my diary set to monitor Protein, Fats, Carbs, Calcium, Fiber, and obviously calories. I never have any issues with eating above my goals on the Fats or carbs, but almost always go over on Protien, calcium and Fiber. My Diary is open to the public. Feel free to browse it to see what kinds of foods I usually eat to…
  • Thank you for the kind words! I'll try and life up to it!
  • With my weight, that is more along the lines of what is required to maintain healthy body function. Down the line, when I've lost quite a bit more, I'll definitely be more conscious of water intake, etc.
  • Maintaining between 1500-1800 calories. Drinking 18+ cups of water a day. Exercise nearly every day. And using a Fitbit Ultra to help track my daily activity and keep me accountable for burning a good amount of calories every day.
  • I have a Fitbit Ultra and absolutely love it. It is a great tool for helping to track activity as well as a general calorie burn. It helps keep you much more aware of your movement through the day, and I love the fact that you can track your sleep patterns with it. The wireless sync function is great, and its small enough…
  • My wife and I have Cruised exclusively Carnival and absolutely love it. People are right, you can buy a soda card from any bartender that allows free soda's for the whole cruise. Was about $40 I think. If you drink more than 12 soda's the whole cruise, its worth it. The numerous options for dining at any time of day or…
  • Using the check out belt as a treadmill.
  • I use Flatout brand flatbreads as the base for my pizza's. Only 90-140 calories depending on what flavors you use and they taste pretty excellent!
  • Who wears clothes when they work out? Pshhh
  • I use Pb2 and Shirataki noodles to make Pad Thai. Cuts out a lot of the calories that way so its pretty guilt free! I think there is a recipe floating around the forums that is pretty close to mine.

  • Measure out your favorite cup. if its 16 oz or more, perfect. If not, find a cup that is 16 oz or more and make it your favorite cup. I have one that is 24 oz. Every time before I eat anything. Snack, Meal, Treat, whatever... I fill up that cup and either drink it immediately before, or during my food. I usually get up to…

  • I personally have a Fitbit Ultra and love it. It has been the most accurate device when it comes to steps/stairs/calories that I have used so far. I also love that I can track my sleep paterns with it as well.
  • Regular milk is made for baby cows not humans... lol
  • I'm making Pad Thai using Shirataki noodles so super low cal. Also my turkey chili that comes out at about 350 calories for a huge bowl. Also making Chocolate muffins using canned pumpkin and a box of cake mix. (haven't tried this yet but it came highly recommended)
  • Seafood Pho (I have a topic on my recipe on here) Turkey Chili (can send you a recipe if you want) Boca Burgers on Sandwich Thins with a small or medium sweet potato side. A ton of things if you use Shirataki noodles!
  • According to the website, I believe it said it was water resistant... so swimming/dishes, should be ok.
  • Alright i'll bite! Bumping this to try it myself!
  • Something that can't evaporate is my lack of giving a crap about the scientific side of a simple comment. Trust me, it always remains as a solid... *edited to add winkeyface* lol
