I find both MFP and the machines at the gym to be very inaccurate for me. So I bought a Polar heart rate monitor to know exactly how things are going. Love it.

Get a heart rate monitor if you want to be accurate. This web site, along with exercising machines (treadmills) are an estimate & totally inaccurate for me.
