Thank you for motivating ... I did W5D1 this morning and very glad that I did it very well ! I did 2.2 miles in 31min with may be 2 breaks of 30 sec in between running ..Feeling very happy ...

Well , I am not fast ... My pace is about 13:30 to 14 min per mile. If I go to week 5, running 8 min straight is what I feel most difficult part. I feel its not right if I don't do it all running when its expected.

Wow that's a great speed for W4D1... I am sure you are way up to speed now I just finished my W4D1 and I admit it was hard for me. Upto W4 it was not as bad but running 5min continuously is very challenging. In fact ,that's the reason why I was looking around in the community to see if anyone else had the same issue.

Thank you for all your replies. I do think that I am underestimating my calorie intake. So I am going to weigh my food going forward to make sure I keep hold on my intake

Thank you for your replies everyone ... and yes I am relying on MFP's calorie counter ... It may be that I am underestimating my calorie intake How would I make sure I enter the right intake? Do I have to weigh everything I take?

I think one hard meal & glass of wine won't hurt your calorie routine.. go for it and enjoy your evening

Good luck to you as well.. Yeah I have the C210K as well on my phone. Its just the extension of C25K just that the workouts get harder after 5K ... more running very little walk. I have long way to reach there though :)

Hi Yes I definitely need that motivation. I finished my W3D1 yesterday and I started running outside now. On Tuesday & Thursday this week I did go out for walk in the early morning. It was dark and quiet but I realized that once you start moving that doesn't bother you much and for the main part, I am loving it outside…

I did my W2D2 outside yesterday with my friend. The path had some really steep hills and it was surely difficult. I found W2D1 very easy on treadmill but on a non-straight road I see how important it is to not skip a week. I am still soar from yesterday... Lesson learned ... Thanks for your reply everyone.. seems like I should slowly move out of the treadmill and start outside. Problem is I feel uncomfortable running outside in the morning when its dark and I usually workout at 5:15-5:30 am in the morning. But I can at least do that on weekends.
