That's true! Stretching is so important to do before and after your workouts. Stretching involves elongating a specific muscle or muscle group to its fullest length. Oh, I'm so sorry Rebecca! All I can tell you is that it's all mental. Talk to yourself and be our own motivation. When you want to go grab that snack, tell yourself "NO!" only you can do it. Try to focus on other things that can take your mind off of food like taking walks or reading a good book. Hope this helps.

yes! i am enjoying snacking on cottage cheese and fruit (normally a tangerine). I also like to have a protein bar once a day. Chobani makes a yummy yogurt with mango that i also enjoy.

Keep fighting to be soda-free guys! If you are switching to juice, just make sure the bottle says "100% juice". That makes it have less sugar and more real juice. Then eventually water down the juice with water until you get to just water. That's what I've been doing lately. :drinker:
