Happy Herbivore has 1200 calorie meal plans low fat, soy free and gluten free options and also quite a few cookbooks. Great recipes and includes grocery list and batch cooking prep plan.

beans, rice, vegetables, fruit, hummus, nuts - all great choices, require no refrigeration and can be very economical if you eat in season!

Happy herbivore cookbooks are great! I think there are some free recipes on the website too. http://happyherbivore.com/ I've also tried a couple recipes from the forks over knives website - good stuff! http://www.forksoverknives.com/

Also not a new product but brand new to me is the fit and active cinnamon swirl snacks with vanilla drizzle from Aldis. Macros are decent and they taste just like the pink iced animal cookies - heaven!

My highest adult weight was 209 when I was going through a divorce and my lowest was 133 when I got pregnant with my son (20 years ago!)

I use the Success boil in bag brown rice - stick the bag in water and microwave for 10 minutes. Works great every time! I have trouble cooking brown rice on the stove for some reason.

I have found practically brand new Talbot's pants for $1 a pair, Calvin Klein jeans for $1 and a bunch of other things. One outfit I wore to work this week cost me $3, and I…

I'm 5'2" and my goal weight is 125 but right now I am just working on moving out of the "overweight" bmi range. My lowest adult weight was about 130 before I got pregnant with my son. I've been as high as 211 and I am currently around 163.
