I'm 5'0" and my goal is 115 - 120, however, whatever weight I'm able to look in the mirror and truly be happy with, would be great as well, whatever that number is.

In just the 2 weeks I've been at this I can: Do 40 minutes on the treadmill 5x/week (before I could BARELY do 20 minutes and I would do it maybe twice a week. Usually not at all) Count my calories and easily stay under my goal (never thought I'd count calories or become a health nut) Not have any desire to go back to poor…

You look absolutely wonderful! Congratulations :)

I'm 5'0" also and when I started exercising about a week and a half ago, I only got up to about 3.0 when it comes to walking. At the time, that for me felt like I was power walking and using all of my strength to get my little legs(well...the length of them is little anyway, hah!) moving. Now that I've been at it everyday…

Thanks so much for that! This is really what I was getting at. I've NEVER been skinny or in shape so I really don't know how my body is meant to look. Everywhere is already fairly bony as far as being able to feel my hip bones, rib cage, etc. I just have a lot of excess is my legs, butt, some in the arms and DEFINITELY…

Yeah I didn't mean for it to come off that I'm already happy where I'm at. I'm still going to lose all my weight and do everything I can to reach my goal. I guess I'm just scared of losing the actual shape/proportions of my body. Regardless if I do lose the weight in either area, I'm for sure still going to reach my 125lb…

I'm sorry you're having to go through this. I'm lucky enough that my boyfriend understands exactly what I'm going through(he used to be 330lbs and now is 170...) I think the best thing to do would be attempting to discuss with him why exactly you need to do this for YOU. Although he is your husband, your diet really has…

You need to give him a good reality check by explaining to him that though he may think it, YOUR weight loss journey has absolutely NOTHING to do with him. What man wouldn't support his woman wanting to better her own health unless he was jealous or just an overall *kitten*. If you plan on staying with him and putting up…

BOOTS! I have a naturally curvy & hour glass figure and at the weight I'm at currently, I can't fit my big 'ol calves(let alone thighs...*scary*) into a hot pair of boots! Along with a nice dress to match. Ohhh I can't wait.…

Right there with you! I'll add you :)

I'm 5'0" and I currently weigh 189lbs :/ The fortunate thing is I'm proportioned pretty well and was blessed with an hourglass figure so it's not as noticeable on myself, but I know how you feel! I have 64lbs to go to reach my goal, and even then by standards I'll still be considered "overweight"!
